It's not often that you hear of a villain with water powers who's...afraid...of...water.

Elijah has been trying his darndest to control his water powers so he can be a better SuperVillain, but every time an opportunity arises for him to show off his abilities, he goes into puddle mode. But in a school ruled by a flaming foe, Elijah can't hold back his powers forever. Will he learn to trust himself and be confident in his abilities? Or...will he get flushed away?
